Description

Lead the migration of data storage from on-premises to Snowflake and transition software to a SaaS model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data storage infrastructure from on-premises to cloud environments, specifically Snowflake.
• Drive the transition of software architecture to a SaaS model.
• Implement DevOps improvements to streamline deployment and operations.
• Manage data pipelines and ensure data integrity across the new cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business analysts to support enterprise BI tools like ThoughtSpot.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience migrating data storage to the cloud (Snowflake).
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and deployment.
• DevOps experience with at least basic Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Local to Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL, with willingness to work onsite 3 days per week.
