Description

You will build and manage data pipelines and models to support enterprise data protection and business requests.

Responsibilities

• Update logical and physical data models to support new use cases.
• Develop new methods for managing, transforming, and validating data.
• Configure tools to generate specific products based on business or customer requirements.
• Review controls to ensure sufficient protection of enterprise data.
• Apply quality assurance best practices to all work products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering disciplines.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins and aggregations.
• Strong development skills in both Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies: Spark, Impala, Hive, Redshift, and Kafka.
• Working understanding of NoSQL database platforms.
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with statistical data analysis and identifying data patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and management processes on AWS.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB and/or Cassandra.
