You will build and maintain data pipelines while ensuring the protection and integrity of enterprise data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update logical and physical data models to support new use cases.
• Develop methods for managing, transforming, and validating data.
• Apply quality assurance best practices to all data work products.
• Configure tools to generate specific products based on business or customer requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins and aggregations.
• Proficiency in Java and Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies including Spark, Impala, Hive, Redshift, and Kafka.
• Working understanding of NoSQL database platforms and their specific use cases.
• Strong background in statistical data analysis and identifying data patterns.
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
• Experience managing the full data lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and management processes on AWS.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB and Cassandra.
