Description

You will build and manage data pipelines while ensuring the integrity and protection of enterprise data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update logical and physical data models to support new use cases.
• Develop new methods for managing, transforming, and validating data.
• Configure tools and systems to generate specific products based on business requirements.
• Review data controls to ensure sufficient enterprise data protection.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in data engineering disciplines.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins and aggregations.
• Strong development skills in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Impala, Hive, Redshift, and Kafka.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL database platforms.
• Experience managing the full data lifecycle.
• Understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and management processes on AWS.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB or Cassandra.
• Background in Financial Services, Commercial, or Investment Banking.
