Description

You will build and manage enterprise data pipelines while ensuring data integrity and protection.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update logical and physical data models to support new business use cases.
• Develop methods for managing, transforming, and validating data sets.
• Apply quality assurance best practices to all data products and workflows.
• Configure tools to generate specific products based on business or customer requests.
• Review data controls to ensure sufficient protection of enterprise information.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in data engineering disciplines.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and aggregations.
• Proficiency in Java and Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies: Spark, Impala, Hive, and Redshift.
• Working understanding of NoSQL database platforms and their specific use cases.
• Experience managing the full data lifecycle.
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
• Strong background in statistical data analysis and pattern recognition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and management processes on AWS.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB and/or Cassandra.
• Experience in Financial Services or Commercial and Investment Banking.
