Description

You will build, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage solutions in Plano, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data acquisition.
• Design and maintain large-scale data modeling and storage systems, including data warehouses and data lakes.
• Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, handling performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
• Enforce data security, compliance, and integrity through data masking and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, reliable datasets aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Informatica Powercenter.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong skills in PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Java and REST web services.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline construction.
• Solid SQL and NoSQL database management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data security best practices and RBAC implementation.
• Background in collaborating directly with data science teams.
