Description

You will design and build multi-tenant IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions on Google Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud solution patterns including microservices, messaging, distributed caching, and IAM.
• Build and manage data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, and Dataproc.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Ansible, and Bash.
• Optimize system performance through tuning and efficient resource management.
• Present technical architectures and project updates to clients and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the data field.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hive, and Pig jobs.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Composer.
• Practical knowledge of containers, container orchestration, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud networking, virtualization, storage, and serverless architectures.
• GCP Certified Architect or GCP Certified Data Engineer.
• Strong background in cloud engineering and automation scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within networking companies.
