Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and ML initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize analytical datasets for high-volume reporting and data science model development.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for BI and advanced analytics applications.
• Implement and support Big Data solutions for both batch and real-time/streaming analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Manage version control using Git and maintain CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Solid command of advanced SQL for complex querying and performance tuning.
• Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Dataflow/Beam, or Pub/Sub.
• Prior experience using workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Cloud Composer.
• Experience with version control using Git and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions).
