You will design, build, and implement scalable data solutions and automated pipelines on GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data transformation, translation, and automation pipelines using cloud technologies.
• Develop scalable data solutions in SQL and perform rigorous data quality testing and assurance.
• Document implementations, requirements, and test conditions to ensure team clarity.
• Mentor team members and guide them through the end-to-end development process.
• Manage deployment processes using CI/CD best practices and automated unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Python scripts and data engineering applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with BigQuery.
• Expertise in data warehousing methodologies, modeling techniques, and data architecture.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
• Experience with GCP components and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and Massive Parallel Processing (MPP) analytical data stores.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and automated QA testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Pub/Sub for handling streaming data.
• GCP Data Engineer or Solution Architect Certification.
