Translate business requirements into technical specifications for risk management systems within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Create functional and business requirement specifications for risk management systems.
• Translate complex risk management needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio) for analysis and documentation.
• Operate effectively within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Direct experience in the Risk Management domain.
• Proven ability to write functional and business requirement specifications.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as FRM, CFA, CSM, CSPO, or CBAP.
