Description

You will own the development and execution of complex analytical frameworks to drive customer retention strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer behavior and churn.
• Optimize and automate retention offers across various video platforms.
• Build real-time margin calculations, customer segmentation models, and pricing elasticity models.
• Develop self-service data tools and visual aids to support analytical findings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business change.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency with PySpark and Databricks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure/Databricks.
• Coding proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Data modeling and programming experience.
• Experience with large transactional databases.
• Solid understanding of basic statistics and consumer marketing principles.
• Proficiency with Tableau.
