Description

You will design and maintain scalable data architectures on Snowflake, ensuring platform performance and reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data solutions within the Snowflake environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal data architectures.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark and Scala.
• Manage data deliverables and ensure adherence to CI/CD and testing standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise data solution design and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and building data warehouses.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Spark and Scala for data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow, Informatica, or Automic.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and performance engineering.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of metadata, data lineage, and SQL analytical functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shell scripting and JavaScript.
