Description

You will design and implement enterprise data architectures to solve complex business problems through rapid prototyping and scalable solution design.

Responsibilities

• Build solution prototypes and conduct experiments to evaluate architectural alternatives.
• Develop enterprise conceptual, logical, and physical data models for batch and streaming architectures.
• Define and communicate data strategy, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Partner with architecture teams to design solutions focused on security, scalability, and observability.
• Manage and promote enterprise data model management practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native delivery.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL and scripting development using Python or PySpark.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based infrastructure including Databricks or Redshift.
• Experience modeling HR data and working with Workday.
• 3+ years of building data solutions for Analytical, Operational, Data Science, and ML workflows.
• 2+ years of experience developing or working with taxonomies and ontologies.
• Proven experience collaborating with Master Data Management and Data Governance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling tools such as DBT.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
