Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines and system-level applications for data processing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Ab-Initio ETL jobs to process large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Translate user requirements and design documents into functional software and system-level applications.
• Perform high-complexity analysis, development, and unit testing to resolve defects.
• Leverage AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, EMR) for cloud-based data solutions.
• Manipulate and query data using advanced SQL across JSON, Parquet, and CSV formats.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and data engineering.
• Expertise in Ab-Initio for ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Lambda, Redshift, and EMR.
• Experience handling high-volume data and diverse formats (JSON, Parquet, CSV).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C/C++, or Visual Basic.
• Experience with Oracle, Sybase, or MQ Series.
