Description

You will build and maintain the data infrastructure for the Crosby Finance Transformation initiative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines for financial data integration.
• Develop and optimize data models to improve performance, storage efficiency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver data requirements.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure continuous processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational database systems.
• Strong understanding of ETL development and data integration strategies.
• Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Exposure to finance domain data and reporting needs.
