Description

You will design, develop, and deliver scalable software applications and data pipelines for Generative AI initiatives. This role involves leading a small engineering squad, providing technical mentorship, and managing the full lifecycle from MVP iteration to production delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small squad of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and deliver high-quality software applications and data pipelines supporting Gen AI projects.
• Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) by iterating quickly on evolving requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges proactively.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates to engineers, leaders, and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Snowflake and Cloud Database management.
• Proficiency with Kafka and DBT for data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of FastAPI and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Experience implementing Generative AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Java APIs.
• JavaScript and front-end development skills.
