Description

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using DataStage, Python, and SQL
• Work with Snowflake to load, transform, model, and optimize data
• Support ETL/ELT workflows across enterprise data systems
• Troubleshoot data issues and improve pipeline reliability
• Partner with data architects, analysts, business teams, and application teams
• Help modernize or enhance existing data integration processes
• Support production data workflows and resolve defects as needed
• Contribute to Kafka or streaming data work, depending on project needs

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level data engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage / InfoSphere DataStage
• Strong Python development skills for data engineering use cases
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot production data issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Kafka experience
• Streaming data or event-driven architecture experience
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Airflow, dbt, or other orchestration/transformation tools
• Shell scripting or Unix/Linux experience
• Experience with data modernization or migration projects
