job responsibilities include:

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest, transform, and standardize market intelligence data from multiple sources.

Structure and organize disparate datasets into a centralized, version-controlled, and queryable data repository.

Implement data transformation processes including schema standardization, versioning, de-duplication, and data validation.

Develop and maintain integrations with external data providers through APIs and automated data exchange processes.

Create and manage SQL-based scripts and processes to support business intelligence platforms and internal reporting systems.

Perform data validation, quality assurance, and analysis to support market intelligence initiatives and reporting requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; additional technical education is a plus.

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, ETL/ELT development, or related fields.

Strong experience with data pipeline development and data transformation processes.

Advanced SQL skills and experience supporting analytics or business intelligence environments.

Experience designing and maintaining data integration solutions and API-based connections.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and accuracy.

Ability to work with large datasets and convert raw data into meaningful business insights.

Experience supporting reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.

Experience with workflow automation and data processing tools.

Knowledge of the data center, infrastructure, or commercial real estate industry.

Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Experience supporting business intelligence portals and enterprise reporting systems
