You will own the data infrastructure and analytics pipeline to drive product decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Utilize quantitative analysis to identify business drivers and user behavior patterns.
• Design and execute A/B testing experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Build and maintain data dashboards for monitoring marketplace dynamics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on logging implementation and data monitoring.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to influence product strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying.
• Strong working knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience building scalable data dashboards.
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a consumer-facing product role.
