Description

You design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest, transform, and standardize market intelligence data. You structure disparate datasets into centralized, version-controlled, and queryable repositories. You implement data transformation processes including schema standardization, de-duplication, and validation. You develop integrations with external data providers via APIs and automated exchanges. You create SQL-based scripts to support business intelligence platforms and internal reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for market intelligence data.
• Structure datasets into centralized, version-controlled, and queryable repositories.
• Implement schema standardization, versioning, and data validation processes.
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations with external data providers.
• Create SQL scripts to support business intelligence and reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or ETL/ELT development.
• Advanced SQL skills for analytics and business intelligence environments.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining data integration solutions.
• Proficiency in data pipeline development and data transformation processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and convert raw data into business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Experience with workflow automation and data processing tools.
• Knowledge of the data center, infrastructure, or commercial real estate industry.
