Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design and implement semantic data layers using Dremio to enable consistent and scalable analytics.

Build and manage virtual datasets and data models leveraging Apache Iceberg and Apache Arrow.

Integrate data platforms with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and RDS for seamless data access.

Optimize query performance and enforce data governance, metadata, and security standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver self-service BI solutions and data-driven insights.

Monitor and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in data engineering and cloud data platforms.

Strong hands-on expertise in Dremio, Apache Iceberg, Apache Arrow, and building semantic data layers.

Proven experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, RDS), SQL, and designing scalable data models for analytics
