Description

Build and optimize data pipelines and internal applications to support analytics, AI, and MDM initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize advanced data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Integrate customer and enterprise data to support identity resolution and golden record management.
• Build and maintain custom internal applications, APIs, and services for data workflows.
• Develop prompts and workflows for LLM-based and generative AI use cases.
• Replicate data using Fivetran and use reverse ETL tools like Census to sync enriched data to CRM and marketing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or full-stack development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, notebooks, orchestration).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling best practices.
• Experience developing and deploying custom applications and internal tools.
• Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts, customer data structures, and data governance.
• Proficiency in cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Experience with Census or similar reverse ETL platforms.
• Background in marketing, sales, or customer experience analytics.
