Description

You design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration solutions using Azure Data Services and Databricks. You manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting. You develop SQL-based data models and transformations to ensure data accuracy and performance. You implement workflow orchestration with Airflow or Astronomer for automated processing. You collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions and optimize platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Services and Databricks.
• Build and optimize large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Develop SQL-based data models, transformations, and database solutions to ensure data quality.
• Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow or Astronomer for automated data processing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data platform performance while driving architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Cloud Data Platforms.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Azure Data Services, and Databricks.
• Proven experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Astronomer.
• Ability to handle large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related technical field.
