Description

You will design and implement large-scale data systems and complex pipelines from inception to production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale data engineering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines.
• Collaborate with PMs, business stakeholders, and scientists to translate requirements into a technical roadmap.
• Perform performance troubleshooting and tuning for data systems.
• Apply data warehousing and data modeling concepts to system architecture.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL writing and query tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with the Oracle EBS tech stack.
• Experience with the Hadoop tech stack, including HDFS and Hive.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oozie, Airflow, MapReduce, or Spark.
• Oracle EBS (Finance) technical background.
• Experience using Tableau.
