Description

You build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build maintainable data pipelines for data ingestion and operational analytics from billions of devices and hundreds of millions of users.
• Develop customer-facing analytics products that surface actionable insights and detect anomalies.
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to define data requirements and participate in the analysis process.
• Write design specifications, test, deployment, and scaling plans for data pipelines.
• Mentor team members to improve overall team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and running scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and Apache Spark.
• Strong command of SQL and Data Modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Iceberg and Parquet.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed processing engines like Apache Flink or Dataflow/Apache Beam.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestrators like Airflow or Dagster.
