Description

You will architect and operationalize large-scale data intelligence solutions centered on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design data and analytics solutions on Snowflake.
• Develop ETL pipelines using Python and SnowSQL to move data in and out of the warehouse.
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for Extract, Load, and Transform processes.
• Manage data warehouse structures using Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, and stored procedures.
• Gather system requirements to determine necessary data transformation and translation tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Snowflake development experience within AWS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically writing queries for Snowflake.
• Strong Python programming skills for data engineering tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, and stored procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concepts, and modeling structure principles.
• Experience with OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and data modeling.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Ability to use Snowflake Optimizer, Metadata Manager, and data sharing features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Terraform infrastructure management.
