Description

You will design and maintain data pipelines and applications within a complex data ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Build and manage batch jobs using Spring Batch.
• Design and implement data models using 3NF and Star Schema.
• Optimize and tune SQL queries to improve system performance.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology-related roles.
• 4+ years of Java development with Spring frameworks.
• 2+ years of AWS development focusing on AWS Batch, S3, and IAM.
• 2+ years of SQL experience with ANSI SQL, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• 1+ years of Python development.
• Unix shell scripting (bash, ksh) and Control-M orchestration.
• Data modeling expertise in 3NF and Star Schema.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Agile methodology experience using Kanban or SCRUM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing batch jobs with Spring Batch.
• Background in the financial services industry.
