Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and modeling structures within a Snowflake and AWS environment.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Develop ELT/ETL pipelines to move data to and from Snowflake using Python and SnowSQL.
• Write complex SQL queries and perform performance optimization for large data volumes.
• Define and support technical standards and best practices for data engineering.
• Perform deep data analysis across multiple database platforms.
• Convert user stories into incremental, iterative delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills on Snowflake (AWS) or Oracle.
• Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.
• Experience with Snowflake (SnowSQL), AWS, and ETL (NIFI).
• Working knowledge of Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Experience using DevOps tools for code migrations.
• Experience with Control-M and end-to-end production support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
