Description

You will build and optimize data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using Snowflake and Python.
• Manage Snowflake data warehouses, including schema design, performance tuning, and security.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable Python code for data transformation.
• Implement data quality checks and automated workflows to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with analysts and scientists to ensure smooth dataflows and meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, data sharing, cloning, and security.
• Proven experience developing and managing ETL pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing concepts, and database optimization.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, DBT, and machine learning pipelines.
