Description

You will design and implement ETL/ELT processes for Enterprise Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose and create ETL designs, database objects, and logical/physical data models.
• Develop, debug, and maintain software applications using IBM InfoSphere DataStage or cloud-based ETL tools.
• Implement complex applications within a Linux Grid environment using IBM InfoSphere Information Server products.
• Manage job automation and scheduling using Control-M.
• Collaborate with business analysts to clarify and develop in-depth technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT software experience in ETL development.
• Hands-on Snowflake development experience with all SQL operations.
• Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage or other cloud-based ETL tools.
• Experience with databases including Snowflake, Oracle, Netezza, MS SQL Server 2012+, DB2, and MS Access.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with job automation and scheduling software such as Control-M.
• Understanding of both ETL and ELT approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt (data build tool), Python, and UNIX.
• SnowPro or ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of Hadoop, RPA, and ServiceNow.
