Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and enhance application features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python packages to process unstructured data for voice surveillance.
• Create end-to-end data pipeline flows to process incoming surveillance data.
• Enhance application features based on business user requests.
• Develop and refine data science models to reduce noise from alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and JSON.
• Expertise in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Elastic, Apache Solr, and Lucene.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Strong UNIX skills with experience creating bash scripts.
• Experience developing data pipelines and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with Docker containerized applications.
• Ability to manage conflicting requests under aggressive schedules.
