Description

You will manage and transform enterprise data within a banking context, owning the full lifecycle from model design to validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update logical and physical data models to support new business use cases.
• Develop methods for managing, transforming, and validating enterprise data.
• Apply quality assurance best practices to all work products.
• Perform custom configuration changes in tools to generate products based on business requests.
• Review controls to ensure sufficient protection of enterprise data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in data engineering disciplines.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and aggregations.
• Proficiency in both Java and Python development.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL database platforms and efficient SQL writing.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Spark, Impala, Hive, Redshift, and Kafka.
• Strong background in statistical data analysis and pattern recognition.
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and management processes on AWS.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB and/or Cassandra.
