Description

You will architect, develop, and test large-scale data solutions to provide analytical and reporting capabilities for global sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data pipelines to load data from various source systems.
• Orchestrate, schedule, and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Build generic, reusable solutions to solve complex business requirements.
• Maintain, fine-tune, and support existing data solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data and software quality through rigorous testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Data Warehousing and Data Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL and performance tuning.
• Experience with relational or MPP databases such as Snowflake, Postgres, Oracle, Teradata, or Vertica.
• Experience designing and developing custom ETL pipelines using SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell, or Golang).
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD practices, testing, and database migration tools.
• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dimensional Modeling (DM).
• Experience working with APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) or Big-Data platforms (Spark, Dremio, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive).
