Description

Design and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Scala and Spark within the GCP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Scala and Java.
• Manage large-scale data processing tasks with Apache Spark.
• Execute data workflows and queries within BigQuery.
• Utilize GCP products to support data infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products.
• Direct experience working with BigQuery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Adtech.
• Experience working within technology companies.
• Familiarity with Looker.
