Description

You will build and maintain highly scalable, high-availability server systems and data infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance server applications designed for scalability and availability.
• Design and implement data pipelines and warehousing solutions.
• Manage distributed processing and messaging systems.
• Optimize data storage using various distributed database technologies.
• Apply statistical methods and metrics development to drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server development.
• 2+ years of experience in big data environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, C++, or Python.
• Strong command of SQL and data structures.
• Experience with distributed processing tools such as Spark, Akka, Kafka, Pub/sub, Hive/Pig, or MapReduce.
• Experience with distributed databases like Cassandra, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and object-oriented programming.

Education

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science.
