Description

You will engineer and support data pipelines within a financial market context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL and batch processing jobs using SQL and Python.
• Manage data ingestion from Bloomberg market data feeds via BPIPE, TSIP, and SFTP.
• Automate file transfers and support critical batch job operations.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Expert proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, and Azure Storage.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark.
• Advanced SQL capabilities for ETL and data processing.
• Experience integrating with financial market data feeds (BPIPE, TSIP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of trading systems and financial markets.
