Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines to extract insights from large, distributed datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, implementation, and validation of new data points within the data lake.
• Own the technical direction of data implementations and lead technical conversations with consumers.
• Develop and maintain data collection, transformation, and delivery processes using Python and SQL.
• Manage the existing data landscape to ensure it remains clean, up-to-date, and proactively validated.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with GCP and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of building and managing data pipelines.
• Experience working with CloudRun and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage.
• Ability to navigate complex data landscapes and perform deep-dive research into data lakes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dataform.
• Previous experience within the specific data landscape.
