Description

You will own data engineering, reporting, and application support for SQL Server, Power BI, and GCP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain database structures and write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and SSRS based on business requirements.
• Perform data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and migration primarily using SQL Server.
• Provide daily application support, troubleshoot production incidents, and manage SLAs using ticketing tools.
• Analyze current and future state workflows to improve processes and support UAT and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT applications or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data warehouse concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management systems.
• Understanding of CRM systems and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-call support and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Ability to document functional requirements, business cases, and traceability matrices.
