You will optimize data architecture and governance for administrative reporting and visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate structured and unstructured data to design schemas for fact tables and data marts.
• Build and automate dashboards and refreshes within Tableau Server for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Construct ETL infrastructure to extract, transform, and load data from on-premise, hybrid cloud, and cloud sources.
• Assemble complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automating manual tasks and redesigning infrastructure for scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehousing.
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing, preferably in healthcare and research environments.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in ETL processes.
• Experience with data visualization and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, or data science related field.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau certification and a strong Tableau Public portfolio.
• Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or Domo.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
