You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize NoSQL data models using Amazon DynamoDB for high-throughput use cases.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and EMR.
• Manage data ingestion from APIs, streaming sources, and databases.
• Implement data storage solutions utilizing DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Ensure data quality and optimize DynamoDB performance through indexing and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud services.
• Expertise in Amazon DynamoDB, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java for data processing.
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipeline architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, and EMR.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of data security practices using IAM and encryption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloudwatch for monitoring and observability.
