Description

You will lead data engineering efforts, building ETL pipelines and driving data analysis to support business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated ETL pipelines on GCP using Dataflow and Cloud Composer.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and deploy real-time dashboards using Looker or Data Studio for data-driven decision-making.
• Streamline data workflows and implement process improvements for accessibility and reliability.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and transformation.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
• Proven track record of building automated ETL pipelines and working with streaming data.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Preferred Skills

• GCP certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Background in data science or machine learning.
