Description

Lead a team of ETL developers in designing and implementing a scalable data platform and analytics architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture, ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainable platform growth.
• Build scalable data pipelines to integrate and model datasets from various sources.
• Translate data strategy into Epics and Stories with accurate task estimates.
• Mentor ETL developers and business users, providing technical guidance based on industry best practices.
• Implement and monitor a data quality framework in collaboration with source teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ETL/ELT design, development, and implementation experience.
• 10+ years of SQL development experience.
• 7+ years defining and managing ETL/ELT using industry-standard practices.
• Deep experience in Star/Snowflake schema design and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases, queries, and CDC/CT inner workings.
• 3+ years of Snowflake experience.
• 3+ years of Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Proven ability to move data from legacy systems and work with multiple ERP technologies.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring ETL developers in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fivetran, dbt, or Cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience.
