Description

You will build and manage cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes within an AWS environment, ensuring data quality and scalability across legacy and modern systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines using AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, and EMR.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including Netezza and legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
• Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Athena).
• Proficiency in SQL development and performance tuning.
• Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for building ETL packages.
• Experience with IBM Netezza and data migrations.
• Ability to implement security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience working with RDS and EMR.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
