Description

You will design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines across Azure and Snowflake environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data mapping documents and convert them into technical specifications for data models, flows, and ETL processes.
• Develop SQL queries, Azure Cloud Services, ADF, Spark programming, and data flows for enrichment and transformations.
• Build and unit test ETL pipelines using SnowPipe, DBT, and SnowSQL, including stored procedures.
• Modernize, migrate, and develop ETL pipelines and scripts, performing code packaging, sequencing, and validations.
• Develop ingestion pipelines reading from APIs and manage ingestion from the Braze Data Lake.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Spark, and Synapse.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Snowpipe, and SQL.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines and data ingestion solutions.
• Familiarity with DBT for transformation logic.
• Experience with API data ingestion.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform knowledge transfer (KT) on legacy systems.
