Description

You will design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehouses to support analytics and ML use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines integrating data from databases, APIs, and streaming platforms.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring data quality, reliability, and integrity.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices while monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Document data architecture and workflows to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Airflow, dbt, Informatica, or Talend.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling concepts like star/snowflake schemas.
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data architecture and query performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and streaming data processing.
