Description

Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and Celonis EMS data models to support enterprise process mining and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into Celonis EMS.
• Build and optimize Celonis data models, including Event Logs, Data Pools, Data Models, and Views.
• Develop and maintain IBC analyses, KPIs, and dashboards for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Integrate Celonis with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to data engineering, analytics, or BI solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS, including extensive use of PQL (Process Query Language).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data modeling.
• Proven experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP systems, particularly SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of process mining concepts, event logs, and business KPIs.
• Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders in cross-functional, global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Celonis certifications (Analyst, Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Expert).
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data transformation and automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data warehouses.
