You will own the architecture and implementation of scalable data solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of ETL processes for Program Integrity data marts in Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Design and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to support ETL operations and Peer Group Profiling.
• Implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient data loading and workload balancing.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines to maintain performance and reliability.
• Lead cloud-based project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing.
• 5+ years of focused experience in Snowflake, including design and maintenance of automated data ingestion workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure data tools: Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, and Blob Storage.
• 2+ years of experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL process development.
• Experience with Data Modelling and database design.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Azure or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
