Description

You will design, build, and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines for large-scale datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical tables.
• Design ETL/ELT processes for marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle data.
• Model large datasets to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to improve data systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data infrastructure development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Experience working with large datasets (millions to billions of records).
• Knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, and big data tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems, and customer data platforms (CDP).
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and attribution modeling.
