Description

You will build and maintain scalable, secure workflows for process automation and approvals using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support automation and reporting.
• Perform performance tuning to ensure efficient execution and scalability of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into automation solutions and KPI frameworks.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and best practices across all Power Platform implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related automation roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and stored procedures.
• Experience with performance tuning for workflows and queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to streamline and secure business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics.
• Scripting exposure to Python or PowerShell for advanced automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deploying automation workflows.
