Lead data engineering initiatives to resolve complex analytics challenges with broad organizational impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering activities and perform in-depth analysis to solve complex analytics-centric problems.
• Plan, direct, and complete program analysis to support business requirements while acting as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams.
• Design and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Assess performance of individual data pipelines and broader data systems to meet enterprise maturity objectives.
• Build and conduct automated and user acceptance tests as part of an iterative development process.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience designing infrastructure for big data access, data quality verification, and metadata cataloging.
• Ability to resolve application programming analysis problems of broad scope.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience participating in agile/scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Ability to work in a project-driven environment.
